The aim of this website is the following:

                The 2011 Nederkloof AGM was held on Saturday July 16 at 9h30 in front of #15

                Mr Bothma of #21 proposed that the keeping of Poultry and Livestock be prohibited.
                Amid much laughter, the proposal was rejected by the majority of homeowners present.

                Adele Jonker, Nederkloof's portfolio manager from Trafalgar attended the meeting.

I suppose, since this applies to ALL residents, it also applies to directors who park their cars outside their units instead of in their carports - they should thus be allowed fewer visitors.

Mr. Bothma contacted John Robbie of 702 via email on Thursday, January 19 2012 regarding the ongoing saga of keeping chickens and/or roosters in a security complex with specific reference to Health and Noise issues - which he mentioned to John Robbie telephonically.

Contacting Radio 702 was an attempt to resolve an issue after all other options - Tshwane municipality, Metro Police, Health Inspectors, SPCA had been exhausted.

Unfortunately the issue was turned into a personal one instead of discussing the merits of the proposed solution - prohibiting Poultry and Livestock on the Nederkloof premises.

John Robbie spoke to Konrad Wessels on Friday, January 20 2012 who made the following comments on air:

This individual nevers stops complaining, instituted legal action against the directors (please see the Complaints page under Articles) etc etc.. On a question from John Robbie suggesting that Mr Bothma's solution would be to move, Konrad Wessels replied 'Yes'. On a question whether there has been any other complaints regarding this matter, Konrad Wessels replied 'No'.

Because this line of reasoning was foreseen from the beginning, a photo of the Nederkloof map, as displayed on the wall next to the gaurdhouse, was provided to John Robbie. For reasons of security the map is not available on the web page.

Whilst this conversation was aired, the rooster of Paulo Mamede at #20 was merrily crowing away.

As can be seen from the sound files, this situation has been prevailing for months.

Paulo Mamede of #20 is also a director of the Nederkloof HOA.

Years of not being able to get proper rest (even after hospitalisation), constant aggravation, insults and humiliation finally contributed to Mrs Michael having a stroke on Wednesday, February 29 when she collapsed.

Lucy Wessels picked a fight with Mrs Michael and insulted her on Tuesday afternoon. After Mrs Michael was admitted to ICU on Wednesday, upon leaving the hospital, Mr Bothma sent the following SMS to Lucy Wessels at 2016 : "Congratulations! The Pervert has bleeding on the Brain. From now on you all stay away from June"

Here is the exact text I sent to Lucy Wessels:
Congratulations! The Pervert has bleeding on the Brain. From now on you all stay away from June.
I fail to see what is threatening about it - do they have Carte Blance in insulting swearing and humiliating June Michael? - as they have done in the past.
As far as privacy is concerned - Wessels build his window looking directly into our kitchen without our permission - we found them staring at us one evening and waved at Lucy and her daughter - they waved back.

Good day, Another fact: After Lucy Wessels picked a fight with June Michael, grossly insulted her and upset her, she collapsed on Wednesday with a stroke.

Since Wessels claims that I invade his privacy and I have seen his family staring at us through his window - thus invading our privacy, this would be the resolution:
I require him to put a blind or curtain which should remain CLOSED.
If that is done I undertake to remove the cameras unless I have a reason for re-installing them - destruction of private property, invasion of privacy.

I put it to the reader that the sound recordings of the chickens do not reflect the normal behaviour of chickens. In my opinion that is the sound of chickens being chased around. Does this not consitute harassment?

We keep to ourselves but it seems that it is impossible to get any form of peace.We couldn't help but notice that the moment Mr Bothma starts his car, the noise stops.

When Mrs Michael comes home she will need all the rest and peace that she can get - she is undergoing a dangerous procedure on Wednesday and is still suffering from the after-effects of the stroke.

That said, here follows the current situation:
